1. Overview

Since I offer freelancing services (such as web development, consulting, and digital solutions), refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Service-Based Work: If a project is canceled before work has begun, a full refund is possible.

• Partially Completed Projects: Partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed.

• Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed projects.

3. Exceptions

No refund will be provided for:

• Change of mind after project completion.

• Delays caused by client non-cooperation.
